Chapter 1: General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms and Conditions are intended to define the terms and procedures for the use of all services (hereinafter referred to as “Service”) provided by ‘Teamplate’ (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) through ‘HongHong’ (hereinafter referred to as “the Platform”), as well as the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between the user and the Company.
Article 2 (Definitions) Terms used in these Terms and Conditions are defined as follows:
1. User: A person who can use the Service provided by the Company under these Terms and Conditions.
2. Registration: The act of completing a service use contract by filling out the application form provided by the Company and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Member: An individual (including both domestic and foreign persons) or corporation that has registered as a member by providing personal information and other relevant information to the Company, receiving the Company’s information, and using the Service provided by the Company.
4. Withdrawal: The act of a Member terminating the use contract.
5. Terms not defined here shall follow the individual service terms or general concepts.
Article 3 (Effectiveness and Modification of the Terms)
1. The Company shall provide the Service under the condition that the user agrees to these Terms and Conditions. Once agreed, these Terms and Conditions shall apply as a priority to the Company’s provision of the Service and the user’s use of the Service.
2. The Company may modify these Terms and Conditions and will notify users of changes within the Platform, specifying the effective date and reason for the changes, at least 30 days before they take effect. If a user does not explicitly express rejection of the changes, it is deemed that the user has agreed. If a user disagrees, they may cancel their membership.
Article 4 (Supplementary Provisions)
1. These Terms and Conditions apply together with other separate terms and conditions related to the services provided by the Company.
2. Any matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws and regulations of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic.
3. If not specified by Lao laws, they will be governed by the relevant laws of the Republic of Korea, such as the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization, Basic Telecommunications Act, and related regulations.
Article 5 (Integrated Management of Member Information)
The Company may integrate and manage member information with other platforms owned by the Company.
Chapter 2: Service Provision and Use
Article 6 (Establishment of Use Contract)
1. The contract is established when an applicant fills out the required information in the application form provided online by the Company and completes their agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Company may cancel membership under certain conditions, such as false information or intention to harm social order.
3. The Company may defer the establishment of the use contract in cases like technical difficulties.
4. The services provided by the Company may change, and the Company will notify users of any changes.
Article 7 (Consent to Use of Member Information)
1. The Company shall protect personal information in compliance with the privacy laws of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic.
2. Only minimal information required for service provision is collected, with the user’s consent.
3. Member information may be shared between platforms with the user’s consent.
Article 8 (User Information Security)
1. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their information.
2. Members must notify the Company immediately if their account is compromised.
3. The Company is not responsible for damages caused by a member’s negligence in protecting their information.
Article 9 (Service Hours)
1. The Service is available 24/7 unless there are technical or operational issues.
Article 10 (Service Suspension and Data Storage)
1. The Company shall not be liable for data loss due to force majeure events.
2. The Company may temporarily suspend the Service with prior notice, and shall not be held responsible for failure to notice the notification.
Article 11 (Service Modification and Termination)
1. The Company shall not be liable for losses incurred by members or any inaccuracies in posted information.
Article 12 (Information and Promotional Material)
1. The Company may provide members with various information and advertisements through email, SMS, and messenger.
Article 13 (Copyright of User Submissions)
1. Users retain rights to their submissions.
2. The Company may edit, move, or delete posts without notice under certain circumstances.
Article 14 (User Conduct and Service Restrictions)
1. The Company may restrict service use for users who provide false information or violate these Terms and Conditions.
Chapter 3: Duties and Responsibilities
Article 15 (Company Obligations)
1. The Company shall strive to provide continuous, stable services.
2. The Company shall not disclose member information without consent except as required by law.
Article 16 (Member Obligations)
1. Members must provide accurate information and may not allow third parties to use their accounts.
2. Members may not engage in commercial activities using the Service without prior permission from the Company.
Chapter 4: Miscellaneous
Article 17 (Ownership)
1. Intellectual property rights related to the Service, software, and materials provided by the Company belong to the Company or the original author.
Article 18 (Non-Transferable Rights) Membership rights and contract status may not be transferred or used as collateral.
Article 19 (Compensation for Damages) The Company is not liable for damages related to free services, except in cases of intentional misconduct.
Article 20 (Disclaimer)
1. The Company shall not be liable for service interruption or any loss or damage from reliance on information in the Service.
Article 21 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction) Laws of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic apply to disputes related to the Service. Disputes shall be resolved in the court of the Company’s registered office.
Supplementary Provisions These Terms and Conditions shall take effect on November 7, 2024.
