Terms and Conditions

Chapter 1: General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms and Conditions define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the user and Teamplate (the “Company”) regarding the use of services provided through the app “HongHong” (the “Platform”).

Article 2 (Definitions)
1. User: A person who accesses or uses the services provided by the Company.
2. Member: An individual or corporation who registers to use the Platform and agrees to these Terms.
3. Registration: The act of completing the membership process to access the service.
4. Withdrawal: Cancellation of membership by the user.
5. Other terms not defined here follow applicable laws or general commercial practice.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Modification of Terms)
These Terms take effect once a user agrees to them. The Company may update the Terms by notifying users through the Platform at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date is considered acceptance.

Article 4 (Governing Law)
These Terms are governed primarily by the laws of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic. In absence of applicable provisions, the laws of the Republic of Korea may be referenced.

Chapter 2: Service Use and Obligations
Article 5 (Service Access)
The Service is generally available 24/7, unless interrupted due to technical or operational reasons.

Article 6 (User Account and Information)
1. Users must provide accurate information during registration.
2. Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their login information.
3. The Company is not liable for damages caused by user negligence in managing account security.

Article 7 (Personal Information)
1. The Company does not collect any personally identifiable information directly.
2. The user's location information may be used in real time to provide map features but is never stored.
3. If the user chooses to contact us via WhatsApp, the shared phone number is not stored or reused.
4. The app uses Google Maps SDK and Firebase, which may process data under their own privacy policies:

Article 8 (User Restrictions)
The Company may restrict access or suspend accounts in cases of:

• False registration or fraudulent use
• Violation of applicable laws or these Terms
• Disruption or abuse of the Service

Chapter 3: Rights and Responsibilities
Article 9 (Company Responsibilities)
The Company shall make best efforts to provide stable service and shall not disclose member data without consent, except where required by law.

Article 10 (User Responsibilities)
Users may not engage in activities such as:

• Unauthorized commercial use of the service
• Sharing accounts with others
• Uploading illegal or harmful content

Article 11 (User Content and Copyright)
Users retain rights to their content, but the Company may remove or edit content that violates laws or community rules.

Chapter 4: Legal and Miscellaneous
Article 12 (Limitation of Liability)
The Company shall not be liable for interruptions caused by force majeure, nor for losses due to the user’s reliance on information in the app.

Article 13 (Amendments)
The Company may revise these Terms. Continued use after revisions implies acceptance.

Article 14 (Dispute Resolution)
Disputes related to the Service shall be governed by the laws of the Lao PDR and handled by the court where the Company’s headquarters is located.
